Your Shark Bay scenic coach tour preview

Your tour commences in Denham on the World Heritage listed Shark Bay in Western Australia. You'll visit the unique shellblock church. You'll be introduced to the fascinating history of this historic pearling town and the colourful days of the pearl and shell harvesting industry.
As we explore the waterfront we will soon be confronted with this huge anchor an object which makes an excellent photo opportunity.  The unusual Shellblock quarry gave up many blocks of compressed sea shells and in the old days this was a prized local building material.
Stepping back into time we visit the strange stromatolites on the Bay shore. The world's oldest form of life creates 20% of our oxygen! Eagle Bluff's panoramic view of Western Gulf & a rugged coastline allows us to observe the slow graceful meandering of sharks and rays below.
World famous shell beach is comprised billions of pure white tiny shells, washed ashore and deeply deposited here for over 4,000 years. Experience a shark feeding exhibition, then watch the antics of giant Cod, Kingfish and sharks. View many local fish in the Aquarium.
Visit Hamelin Pool and travel back in time to the Hamelin Pool Telegraph Station which figures in the history of communications in Australia. Walk the Hamelin Pool boardwalks then relax over lunch in an air-conditioned dining area. Bring your own lunch or purchase one on site.

This is a very friendly and relaxed scenic tour in every
respect. You are encouraged to quiz your guides at any
time. They know and love the Shark Bay World Heritage
region and are delighted to share it with their tour guests.
